We conduct a ten-minute video interview asking the candidate to introduce themselves, their motivations for wanting to get into Recruitment and to explain why they'd be successful. We then send these recordings, that can be watched from any device, at any time, directly to the hiring manager for review. This allows the manager to make a more informed decision on exactly who to bring in for face-to-face interviews. This ultimately means hiring managers aren't wasting their time interviewing people that aren’t right for the role and as we all know, time is money! This means we may book a few less interviews than our competitors but this is why 80% of our 1st stage interviews progress to 2nd stage.
