Jacob founded Virtus Talent shortly after his 23rd birthday after a number of years successfully placing graduates into recruitment and sales. He's a big Manchester United fan, passionate about personal development and on a mission with Aaron to create the worlds biggest and best Rec2Rec agency. Jacob is keen to create an environment which enables young people to earn life changing money, progress their careers based on merit and most importantly, have fun!
Aaron is Co-Owner and Sales Director of Virtus. He joined with a wealth of experience working for a leader within the Rec2Rec space where he rose through the ranks from graduate level into management. Since joining forces with Jacob to drive Virtus fowards, he regularly leads from the front and gives Billy a run for his money with his billings and took home one 'Biller Of The Quarter' award last year. Aaron currently runs a high performing team within Virtus (A-Team) which he's looking to build out and become 'Team Of The Year' at our next AGM! Aaron is a massive Man City fan, loves a Rum & Coke (or a smokey old fashioned) and you'll usually find him on the dance floor in Albert Schloss on Thursday night.
Weirdly, Nathan was one of Virtus's first-ever candidates! He's come full circle though to join us in our Manchester HQ relocating from the Midlands with a ton of graduate sales recruitment experience. Unfortunately for Nathan, he's an Arsenal fan but when he's not watching his team lose you'll find him on a night out or spending all his commission in Selfridges! He is also our office lightweight and one of the regular top billers. Nathan has recently broken the record for the fastest promotion to Senior Consultant and currently striding towards team leadership!
Amber was our first ever Associate Consultant who joined us after spending a successful 2 years in the Medical Communications industry. She made a career change as she was keen to improve her earning potential and progression opportunities whilst making use of her communication skills. Amber is a Gin & Tonic connoisseur, loves a Labrador & can't say no to thirsty Thursdays! In her first year she won 3 'Consultant Of The Quarter' awards and took home the 'Consultant Of The Year' award at the 21/22 AGM. Amber was the first person ever to hit the promotion target to become a Senior Consultant!
Hayden was the 10th person to join the Virtus family. We knew him from one of our favourite bars as our regular barman! He moved to Manchester to study at Manchester Met whilst on a swimming scholarship. Hayden used to swim for team GB and has won numerous impressive accolades. He makes a mean Old Fashioned cocktail, loves a night out you should probably ask him about his 'Monday Club' tattoo..
Dave joined us in January 2023 as a Recruitment Consultant. He brings with him an impressive 8+ years sales recruitment experience! Dave is another Man United fan in the office - he is a season ticket holder and has a dog named Busby, so is a big Red! Dave is huge into fitness and has ran 7 half marathons and 1 full marathon for multiple different charities. Let's see if the rest of the team can keep up!
Jack joined us in February 2023 as an Associate Recruitment Consultant. Jack previously studied a degree in Sport and Exercise Science but has made the change into recruitment for the first time. Jack is the captain of a local football team and joins the office City vs United battle as another Man City fan! Jack also loves general knowledge and pub quizzes.
