Jacob founded Virtus Talent shortly after his 23rd birthday after a number of years successfully placing graduates into recruitment and sales. He's a big Manchester United fan, passionate about personal development and on a mission with Aaron to create the worlds best best Rec2Rec agency. Jacob is passionate about health & fitness, travelling/eating with his wife and disco music!
Aaron is Co-Owner and Sales Director of Virtus. He joined with a wealth of experience working for a leader within the Rec2Rec space where he rose through the ranks from graduate level into management. Since joining forces with Jacob to drive Virtus fowards, he regularly leads from the front achieving 'Top Biller' status in 2024. Aaron is a massive Man City fan, health and fitness enthusiast and Dad to Arabella!
Amber was our first ever Associate Consultant who joined us after spending a successful 2 years in the Medical Communications industry. She made a career change as she was keen to improve her earning potential and progression opportunities whilst making use of her communication skills. Amber is a Gin & Tonic connoisseur, loves a Labrador & can't say no to thirsty Thursdays! In her first year she won 3 'Consultant Of The Quarter' awards and took home the 'Consultant Of The Year' award at the 21/22 AGM. Amber was the first person ever to hit the promotion target to become a Senior Consultant!
Hayden joined Virtus in 2022. We knew him from one of our favourite bars as our regular barman! He moved to Manchester to study at Manchester Met whilst on a swimming scholarship. Hayden used to swim for team GB and has won numerous impressive accolades doing so. He makes a mean Old Fashioned cocktail, loves cooking and has been our 'Consultant Of The Year' for the last 2 years on the bounce!
Dave joined us in January 2023 as a Recruitment Consultant and brought with him an impressive 8+ years sales recruitment experience! Dave is a season ticket holder at Old Trafford and Dog Dad to Busby! He has won numerous accolades since joining Virtus such as Consultant Of The Quarter and Business Developer Of The Year!
Jack joined us in February 2023 as an Associate Recruitment Consultant. Jack previously studied a degree in Sport and Exercise Science but has made the change into recruitment for the first time. You'll usually find Jack in the pub either playing darts or partaking in the pub quiz! Jack was also our Business Developer Of The Year in 2024 and has signed numerous fantastic clients to partner with at Virtus!
