Before a candidate comes in to meet you they will have been through a thorough interview process with ourselves. We take a lot of care and really challenge candidates rather than simply selling them the dream meaning our clients are only ever meeting the highest quality candidates that are committed to a career in recruitment.

Our Process.

Sourced & Selected
Our expert recruiters source the best talent on the market through a variety of channels and carefully select candidates based on our client's needs.
Telephone Interview
Then, we conduct a 45-60 minute telephone interview to get to know the candidate as well as exploring their motivations & drivers to work in recruitment consultancy.
Video Interview
If successful at telephone interview stage we will really test their commitment by progressing them to a video interview where we really dig under the bonnet. We use Virtus Video to record a short segment of this conversation which you will receive along-side the CV if we send them to you. Approximately 2% of candidates we speak to make it to this stage!
Send To You
We then send you a copy of the video and the CV before you decide to meet them. This means you only meet candidates you've already seen on video and really want to meet saving you loads of time and money through the hiring process!
