Virtus Talent helps ambitious recruitment and executive search firms grow their teams. We specialise in placing graduates and sales professionals into trainee recruitment and researcher roles, taking the time to understand each business and the people who will thrive there. Through careful screening, recorded candidate introductions and thorough interview preparation, we help our clients make informed hiring decisions and our candidates build lasting careers.

Our Story.

Virtus Talent began in 2020 with a clear focus: helping ambitious graduates start their careers in recruitment and helping agencies find the people who would drive their growth.

Over the following years, we grew our team and built a business with a seven-figure annual turnover, becoming a trusted hiring partner to recruitment firms across the UK. Along the way, we saw candidates we’d placed into their first roles become successful consultants, managers and future leaders.

More recently, we’ve chosen to bring the business back to a smaller, experienced team and sharpen our focus on what we do best: graduate and entry-level hiring for recruitment and executive search firms. This allows us to stay closely involved with our clients and candidates, drawing on everything we’ve learned to deliver a personal, thorough service.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come, but the relationships we’ve built and the careers we’ve helped launch remain the most rewarding part of our story.

What's Next?

Our ambition has evolved. We no longer want to be the biggest Rec2Rec, but we’re still determined to be the best at what we do.

For us, that means being the partner our clients trust when they need to hire, and the people candidates recommend when someone asks how to start a career in recruitment or executive search.
