Send you options
After our conversations we will carefully select several relevant opportunities, talk you through them, answer your questions and give you some time to do your research. We aim to secure you several interviews, not just one.
Arrange interviews
Once you've chosen opportunities you like the look of you can let us work our magic whilst we will tell the companies how great you are and arrange several interviews for you that fit your busy schedule.
Get you job offers
Once the interviews are booked in we will prepare and guide you to give you the very best opportunity to secure several job offers. This will allow you to compare and contrast opportunities to find the role that is perfect for you.

What can a career in recruitment offer you?

Why begin a career in recruitment? Recruitment consultancy is a role where no two days are the same as you're constantly dealing with a wide range of candidates and clients within your chosen market meaning the role offers you a lot more variety than typical graduate roles! Another big driving force for graduates getting into the industry tends to be the lucrative nature of the role; you get out what you put in and often we see graduates earning upwards of £30K in Year 1 and £50K by Year 3 meaning they can do things such as getting on the property ladder a hell of a lot faster than they could elsewhere! Not only can you earn great money, but you can also progress very quickly into leadership and promotion criteria has nothing to do with age, length of service or who you know.
