The Role:

• Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer stage
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
• Conduct candidate interviews
• Business development to bring on board new clients
• Work towards monthly targets

About You:

• Degree educated
• B2B/B2C sales experience or phone based experience 
• Personal achievements whether this is from sport, music, academics, or any other areas you’ve excelled in
• You’re ambitious, resilient, and eager to learn
• You thrive in a fast-paced, goal orientated environment
• Strong work ethic
