Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £27,000 - £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £45,000)

You'll specialise in placing senior level professionals into some of the world's leading Hedge Funds, Investment Banks and Quantitative Trading firms, giving you exposure to prestigious clients, high value placements and fantastic earning potential.

You'll join a high performing recruitment consultancy operating across the UK and US financial markets, where specialist talent is in huge demand and recruitment fees can be exceptionally lucrative.

The business invests heavily in developing graduates through hands on training, ongoing coaching and clear progression opportunities, with the potential to achieve multiple promotions within your first three years.

The role:

• Recruit specialist professionals across Hedge Funds, Investment Banking and Quantitative Finance

• Build relationships with senior candidates, Investment Directors and hiring managers

• Headhunt high calibre professionals for competitive, high-value vacancies

• Develop new business, negotiate fees and manage recruitment processes through to placement

The Requirements:

• A recent graduate

• B2B, B2C, phone-based or customer-facing experience is advantageous

• Great communication and relationship-building skills

• Resilience, curiosity and a proactive approach to problem solving

• A competitive spirit and desire to progress quickly

• Additional achievements including sport, music, internships, societies or positions of responsibility
