Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £27,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £40,000)

You'll specialise in placing senior level professionals into some of the fastest-growing businesses across the FinTech and Financial Services markets, working with investment-backed companies, global payment providers and leading financial organisations.

The role:

• Recruit specialist professionals across FinTech, Payments and Financial Services

• Build relationships with senior candidates, Founders and hiring managers

• Headhunt high calibre professionals for specialist vacancies

• Develop new business, negotiate fees and manage placements from start to finish

The Requirements:

• A recent graduate

• B2B, B2C, phone-based or customer-facing experience

• Great communication and relationship-building skills

• Resilience, curiosity and a proactive approach to problem solving

• A competitive spirit and desire to progress quickly

• Additional achievements including sport, music, internships, societies or positions of responsibility
