Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £27,000 - £28,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £40,000)

You'll join an award-winning recruitment agency that specialise in recruiting into the Technology and Engineering markets, working with innovative businesses across AI, Robotics, Embedded Technology and Advanced Engineering.

The role:

• Recruit specialist professionals across Technology and Engineering markets

• Build relationships with candidates, Founders and senior hiring managers

• Headhunt high-calibre professionals for specialist and business-critical vacancies

• Develop new business, negotiate fees and manage recruitment processes through to placement

The Requirements:

• A recent graduate

• B2B, B2C, phone based or customer facing experience

• Great communication and relationship-building skills

• Resilience, curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• A competitive spirit and desire to progress quickly

• Additional achievements including sport, music, internships, societies or positions of responsibility
