Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £26,500 - £27,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £40,000)

The Role:

• Recruit specialist professionals for leading technology businesses across Europe
• Build relationships with candidates and senior hiring managers within your market
• Develop new business opportunities and grow your own portfolio of clients
• Progress towards running your own recruitment desk and managing the full process from initial conversation to placement

The Requirements:

• A recent graduate
• B2B, B2C, phone-based or customer-facing experience is advantageous
• Great communication and relationship-building skills
• Resilience, curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• A competitive spirit and desire to progress quickly
• Additional achievements including sport, music, societies, internships or positions of responsibility are highly valued
