Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £26,500 - £28,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (year 1 earnings: £40,000)

• Sourcing and headhunting top-tier candidates
• Building and managing candidate relationships
• Supporting senior team members on active mandates
• Working closely with clients to understand hiring needs
• Developing market knowledge in high-growth industries
• Learning how to build and grow your own specialist market
