Graduate Recruitment Consultant

PACKAGE: £26,000 - £28,000 basic salary + uncapped commission + market-leading training

You'll specialise in placing Senior and Director level candidates into some of the most prestigious healthcare facilities across the UK, meaning fantastic earning potential.

The Role:

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing your candidate database.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

• A graduate with strong communication skills
