Package: £25,000 - 28,000 basic salary + uncapped commission

• Building relationships with clients and candidates.
• Sourcing and headhunting the best talent in the industry.
• Managing the full recruitment process, from initial outreach to closing deals.
• Negotiating salaries and contracts for high-level professionals.
• Becoming an industry expert and advising companies on hiring strategies.
