Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission - £40K OTE Year 1, £60K OTE Year 2, £100K OTE Year 3

With offices across the UK, Berlin and Texas, they are able to service clients across 30 countries and are looking to continue expanding.

The Role:

• Sourcing and headhunting top-tier candidates across European markets
• Building and managing candidate relationships
• Supporting senior team members on active mandates
• Working closely with clients to understand hiring needs
• Developing market knowledge in high-growth industries
• Learning how to build and grow your own specialist market
