Graduate Recruitment Consultant

£28,000 - £30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (Year 1 earnings: £40,000)

They specialise in placing top commercial talent into high-growth tech companies, particularly in AI, Cyber Security, Data, and Software Sales (GTM). Backed by strong venture capitalist partnerships and with access to 20% of the Forbes Top 100 Tech firms, they’re deeply embedded in one of the most lucrative sectors in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of your specialist market and become a subject matter expert
• Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer stage
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
• Conduct candidate interviews
• Work towards monthly targets
• Business development
