This is an opportunity to join the growing London team with the ability to travel to their other offices in Zurich and Stellenbosch and work closely with several £1-2 million recruiters who will be responsible for your training and development.

The Role:

• Sourcing and headhunting top-tier candidates across European markets
• Building and managing candidate relationships
• Supporting senior team members on active mandates
• Working closely with clients to understand hiring needs
• Developing market knowledge in high-growth industries
• Learning how to build and grow your own specialist market

The Requirements:

• Degree educated
• Personal achievements whether this is from sport, music, academics, or any other areas you’ve excelled in
