The Role:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to become an expert in sourcing, qualifying, and placing high-performing GTM professionals. From Day 1, you’ll be working alongside experienced consultants, learning the full 360° recruitment cycle – from client acquisition to candidate management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through networking
  • Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle — from initial outreach to offer negotiation and placement and business development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Conduct candidate interviews to assess suitability for roles
  • Support clients with market insights, talent strategy, and hiring needs
  • Hit and exceed individual and team performance targets
  • Continuously develop your knowledge through training, mentoring, and market research

The Requirements:

  • Degree educated
  • Personal achievements whether this is from sport, music, academics, or any other areas you’ve excelled in
  • You’re ambitious, resilient, and eager to learn
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Strong work ethic
