Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £20,000 - £25,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£45K OTE Year 1)

Our client is now looking for sales professionals and graduates to join their hugely successful team!

The Role

• Arranging interviews and coordinating diaries
• Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants
• Client meetings to strength relationships
• Sourcing candidates through creative means such as social media

Requirements

• Degree educated or 1 years sales experience
• Ambitious individuals looking to progress quickly
• Financially and success driven
• Great communication skills
• Resilient, hardworking, and persuasive
