Package: £24K-25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission - £35K OTE Year 1, £50K OTE Year 2, £70K OTE Year 3

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing your candidate database.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

• Minimum 2:1 degree
• Previous B2B or B2C sales experience
