Package: £27K-30K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission - 40K OTE Year 1, £70K OTE Year 2, £100K OTE Year 3

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing your candidate database.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
