Graduate Executive Search Consultant

Package: £30K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£50K OTE Year 1)

This high-performing company is one of the leading Executive Search firms with offices in London, New York and Singapore. They specialise in placing C-Suite level candidates into Investment Banking & Hedge Funds. This is an incredible opportunity to build a high-level professional network in the FS space and leverage this into a seriously high earning potential role. 

You will rotate around the firm over the course of your first year to have the opportunity to work closely with multiple Directors and team members. They are going on an exciting journey of growth this year and looking for hard working ambitious graduates that are looking to progress their career.

The Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and sourcing new businesses to work with.
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

About You:

• Strong academic background and a recent graduate 
• Ambition and a willingness to learn.
• Extra-curricular achievements or commercial experience shown through internships, part-time jobs or sporting achievements.
• Inherent competitive nature.
• Exceptional communication skills.
