Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of your specialist market and become a subject matter expert
• Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer stage
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
• Conduct candidate interviews
• Work towards monthly targets
• Continuously improve your recruitment knowledge through internal training, market research, and performance feedback

 About You:

• Recent graduate (any discipline) – 2:1 or above
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hardworking nature
• Ambitious and career-driven
• Resilient and able to handle rejection
