Key Responsibilities:

• Developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Managing full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing high-level professionals
• Building and maintaining a network of industry specialists
• Working towards revenue and activity targets
• Business development

• A recent graduate (any discipline) with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to build a successful career
