Associate Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped Commission (Up to 35%)

The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in helping top-tier energy and infrastructure companies across the US secure world-class talent. You’ll be trained and mentored directly by the Founders — experienced headhunters who are among the best in the business. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll learn to build relationships, manage recruitment processes end-to-end, and make a genuine impact on both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Managing full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing high-level professionals
• Building and maintaining a network of industry specialists
• Working towards revenue and activity targets
• Business development

The Requirements:

• A recent graduate (any discipline) with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to build a successful career
• Resilient and target-driven, with a positive, proactive mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-led environment
