Package: £24K-25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission - £35K OTE Year 1, £50K OTE Year 2, £80K OTE Year 3

What your responsibilities look like:

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates and clients over the phone
• Developing and maintaining key relationships with candidates and clients
• Arranging interviews, managing the offer process, gaining leads and taking references
• Delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience
• Advertising job roles and requirements through the use of Social Media and the best technology to build your network
• Managing multiple job opportunities for your clients

About you:

We are looking for motivated people who have a track record of working hard and achieving results.
