Package: £25,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission Structure (£40K OTE Year 1) (£50K OTE Year 2)
What you need
- Degree Educated or B2B sales experience or Recruitment Experience
- You must be highly motivated to work in recruitment!
- Positive mindset and highly driven!
- High Level Sport works well at Virtus!
- High achievements and be able to show us where you have excelled!

Your role as a Recruiter at Virtus Talent
- Become the "go-to" recruiter within the recruitment to recruitment market!
- Develop new business with target clients
- Source the finest talent for your clients through multiple channels and manage the whole recruitment process from start to finish!
- Build an awesome candidate community using the latest recruitment methods such as Social Media, LinkedIn, Phone Calls & Meetups
- Maintain long-term client relationships- we are working with some of the best recruitment firms out there!
