Jacob founded Virtus Talent shortly after his 23rd birthday after a number of years successfully placing graduates into recruitment and sales. He's a big Manchester United fan, passionate about personal development and on a mission with Aaron to create the worlds leading graduate Rec2Rec agency with an unrivalled work environment for the team.

Aaron Amesbury

Aaron is Co-Owner and Sales Director of Virtus. He joined with a wealth of experience working for a leader within the Rec2Rec space where he rose through the ranks from graduate level. He always leads from the front and regularly takes home the top biller award! Aaron is a big Man City fan, loves a Rum & Coke and is impartial to a dance in Albert Schloss on Thursday night.

Billy Greenall

Billy was the first hire for Virtus Talent and joined the business with a wealth of experience within our market. He is now hiring for his team as well as being on the tunes in the office (massive responsibility) and has his eyes on progressing to Director level. Billy is another massive Man City fan, loves a rave and enjoys spending time with his dog Ted!

Amber Redshaw

Amber was our first ever Associate Consultant who joined us after spending a successful 2 years in the Medical Communications industry. She made a career change as she was keen to improve her earning potential and progression opportunities whilst making use of her communication skills. Amber is a Gin & Tonic connoisseur, loves a Labrador & can't say no to thirsty Thursdays!

Nathan Pettle

Weirdly, Nathan was one of Virtus's first ever candidates! He's come full circle though to join us in our Manchester HQ relocating from the Midlands with a ton of graduate sales recruitment experience. Unfortunately for Nathan he's an Arsenal fan but when he's not watching his team lose you'll find him on a night out or spending all his commission in Selfridges!

Kathryn Hayes

Kathryn is another ex candidate of ours! We placed her into recruitment and after gaining a years experience she decided to join team purple working under Billy. She made the switch from social care recruitment to graduate rec2rec to bolster her earning potential and speak to similar aged like minded candidates. Kathryn is our resident Southerner, LOVES a night out and we can't keep her off guitar hero in NQ64!

Amealia Kelly

Amealia joined Virtus with a small amount of recruitment experience working for a competitor before making the swith to our team. She's a full time recruiter smashing her targets and part time rugby player where instead of smashing her targets, she is smashing her opponents out the way! She loves to get on the karaoke and is the office 'feeder'... She also has a really weird phobia, ask her why she doesn't get the train!?
